		Metal Enclosures Dudlik Industries Inc. manufactures custom outdoor enclosures for the traffic, communications, lighting, water and power management industries. We are producing an enclosure that is above the standard in quality and appearance at prices competitive in today’s enclosure industry. 		Custom Gaskets The principal end use of our soft material cutting is for gaskets. Dudlik Industries gaskets range from simple spigot washers to sophisticated space craft seals. Cutting equipment includes clickers and high speed special presses so that small to large quantities may be run competitively. We maintain a library of thousands of steel rule dies used in the production of sophisticated gaskets used in aerospace, industrial machines and a diverse variety of client needs.




		Helicopter Auxiliary Fuel Tanks Dudlik Industries Inc. has a Military Division that manufactures auxiliary fuel tanks for various helicopters. Dudlik Industries manufacture various sizes of tanks including 60 gallon, 77 gallon, 100 gallon, 110 gallon, and 230 gallon all to extend the flying range of the helicopters. Dudlik Industries tanks are able to be removed and some are able to be jettisoned during flight. Certain tanks can be supplied with an Explosion Suppression System if required which makes the tanks capable of surviving a .50 Caliber rifle round without exploding.




		Metal Stamping Dudlik Industries inc. has a large array of OBI Presses ranging from 5 to 125 ton that turn out a wide variety of small, large, plain, and intricate stampings. With our auto-feeders we are capable of running fairly complicated progressive die sets that require precision material advancement. This stamping department complements our sheet metal fabrication department, and makes it possible to fairly evaluate the economical merits of most efficient manufacturing. Economy dictates that many parts starting out as sheet metal fabrications become hard tooled stampings after design becomes firm and quantity increases.




		Sheet Metal Fabrication Dudlik Industries Inc. has been providing custom sheet metal fabrication to a wide range of industries since 1959. Our facility includes the latest in CNC equipment from shears, turret punches, lasers, deburring equipment, press brakes, spot welding, mig/tig welding, captive fastener inserters, paint and powder coating, plus a completely equipped inspection department. Dudlik Industries highly trained and skilled technicians will complete your order with special emphasis on Quality to meet your company's needs and specifications.




		Laser Cutting Dudlik Industries uses a Mitsubishi 2512LXP laser cutting system with a 3020D 3000 watt resonator with an auto focus head unit for quicker set up and less down time. Our laser is equipped with two 48" x 96" auto rotating tables to enable the operator to be loading and unloading material or parts from the machine while the machine is still in operation. From small prototype work to large production runs we can handle any type of laser cutting needs you may have.




		Welding Services Dudlik Industries offers all types of welding services from Mig and Tig to Spot welding and Seam welding with all these services being done at our facility we can better control quality and delivery schedule. Our highly trained and experienced welders are currently certified to AWS D17.1 for the GTAW process. If required we can have our welders certified to the exact specification you may need.




		Paint & Powder Coating Recognized in the industry as one of the top paint and powder coaters we have the capability to apply any of the customer’s specified chemical and powder finishes from mil spec. two part epoxy to polyurethane, from smooth to custom match textures. Our Nordson sure coat and Versa spray electrostatic powder guns can produce all types of finishes from smooth, wrinkle, and textured on parts up to 12’ in length. All parts are put through several cleaning steps including our cold trap vapor degreaser.
